His international experience has shaped his deep understanding of the insurance market’s global complexities.

Mustafa holds an MBA from the University of Wollongong, Australia, and continues to focus on delivering tailored insurance solutions for individuals and businesses.

Opportunity:

Looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. Must be committed to providing legendary client service and have an insatiable hunger for closing inbound sales leads.

Our brokerage has a great philosophy; motivate your staff to succeed and you will succeed as a brokerage. We put as much emphasis on you as a person as we do on the skills that you bring to the table. We take that mindset into our onboarding decisions.

Our CSR position requires a relationship-oriented individual with strong organizational and analytical skills. You will need to be comfortable in a customer-facing role with an emphasis on telephone and computer skills.

Job Details:
- Support the sales and customer service team while providing a superior level of service
- Administer, support, and complete policy changes within our company partner’s portals and websites
- Review policies and recommend coverages based on individual consumer needs
- Adhere to the underwriting criteria set out by our carrier partners
- If you enjoy occasionally selling insurance policies, we do not remove this function but encourage you to do so
- Co-ordinate and follow up on client documents
Qualifications and Attributes:
- 4-40 Customer Representative License in the State of Florida
