  • I just paid my insurance bill. Can I get a refund if I decide to switch?

    Yes! Cancellation of your current policy and getting a refund from your current insurance carrier is a super easy process that we would be happy to walk you through if needed.

  • How do I file a claim?

    If you need to file a claim you can do so one of two ways: You can either reach out to your insurance carrier directly, or you can call Renegade customer service department at (770) 723-3933.

  • I've never heard of Renegade Insurance. Are they legit?

    Yes! At Renegade, we value our clients above anything else – so before we onboard any new insurance carriers they go through an extensive vetting process. All carriers that we work with are A-rated or better with A.M. Best or Demotech.

  • I need to add a vehicle or otherwise make changes to my insurance policy. Who do I call?

    Please reach out to the Renegade Insurance customer service department at (770) 723-3933 and we will be more than happy to help.

  • I lost my auto ID card or my homeowner's declaration page. How do I get another one?

    You can either call and request a new one directly from your insurance carrier, or you may call Renegade customer service at (770) 723-3933 and we will be happy to email you a new one.

  • I have a friend or family member that needs insurance. Who do I send them to?

  • I am about to renew with you and my insurance carrier increased my rate! How do we get this fixed?
